According to the developers, the same probability mechanics apply to every player, and differences in results are due to the random nature of the reward system. This means some players may experience lower or higher results over a limited number of attempts.

Support did not provide the detailed calculation as they consider that internal information. However, their official position is that the reported one-chest-per-day cap does not exist.
